The Background

Camargue Chambers LLP is a comprehensive financial planning service providing assistance with pensions, mortgages, income protection, business protection and life assurance. The firm was formed by three financial advisers with more than 70 years of experience between them, and who pride themselves on building.

The Challenge

Due to a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, Camargue Chambers had a VoIP (Voice Over internet Protocol) telephony solution installed by a previous provider but experienced a number of issues with it. Staff found the system was expensive and the call quality was poor.

The level of support they were receiving from their supplier was insufficient for their needs and, having not been given any training on how to use the system, they did not know how to use many of its features. Due to the age of the system they also found that it did not have many of the features offered by more modern systems.

The Solution

Camargue Chambers specified that it needed a system that would offer reliable connectivity, remote working and affordability. In order to provide a responsive and business flexible telecommunications platform, Daisy changed the six-year-old VoIP system for its own CloudSelectTM Voice telephony solution.

The fully hosted and managed Daisy VoIP solution includes a web management portal which the team can login to in order to manage calls and divert or reroute them if a member of staff is offsite.

The Result

Since the new CloudSelectTM Voice system was installed, staff at Camargue Chambers have noticed a significant improvement in the line quality, overall running cost, and their ability to manage business continuity by using the web portal to re-route calls and access messages whilst on the move.
