Ordering a new SIM card

You can order a new SIM card through your My Account portal. To do this, firstly login to My Account. Click “Self Service” and then “Manage Mobiles” as seen below:





Click “Order a replacement SIM card” as seen below:





Select the mobile phone number you wish to order a replacement SIM card for and then click “Continue”

Choose the SIM card type (Dual or Nano) and then click “Continue” again.

Select the address you want the SIM card to go to, or fill out a new one if it’s not listed and then click “Submit”.

Your SIM card will be with you on Next Day Delivery (please note, the cut off point for next day is 4pm)
