Security Sales Specialist

Objectives –

The primary objective of the Security Sales Specialist role is to drive the security sales engagement for customers across the Daisy Group. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying and winning new customers to Daisy under sales, marketing and vendor initiatives to expand Daisy’s presence within the commercial and public sector.

The role is predominantly customer facing, requiring ownership of, and an ability to develop, drive and execute all phases of the sales cycle, including but not limited to the identification and qualification of opportunities, high level solution design, solution presentation, commercial negotiation and order processing. There is also the opportunity to enhance the Daisy Security proposition as the product strategy evolves.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of sales performance and a strong understanding of the UK Security marketplace. The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and capable of prioritising workload based on the customer’s expectations whilst following internal governance demands of the business.

Objectives –

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of multiple projects, where the size, complexity and solution may vary.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the detailed solution as signed off by Daisy and the customer is executed and managed in line with the delivery plan, quality and budget ensuring all aspects of service are in place and customer billing implemented and initiated, whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Project Manager, it is expected that the role will also act as a point of escalation when necessary as well as providing coaching and mentoring to junior members within the team.

Junior Bid Manager

Objectives –

This is a trainee role for a prospective Bid Manager. The internal and external training process will result in the following objectives being met:

  • Leadership of high quality and winning framework bids in support of new business and account management opportunities across all areas of the Daisy Group, contributing to sales revenue/margin targets.
  • The delivery of consistently high quality and ultimately winning proposals for a range of sales opportunities across Daisy Group.
  • The management of the bidding process all the way through to the implementation of a winning bid.

Objectives –

The primary function of this role is to drive the sales engagement for existing customers in the UK. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying and winning new customers to Daisy using initiatives to expand Daisy’s presence.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate dedication, drive and ambition with an ability to work comfortably in a dynamic environment. The candidate will need to apply themselves to a diverse range of tasks, including developing, leading and executing the sales strategy into the sector and ensuring every element of Daisy proposition is promoted, progressed and optimised.

The candidate must be highly organised and capable of prioritising workload based on the customer’s expectations. It is also important that the candidate demonstrate the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with and present to customers at a high level. This position will require proven competent sales experience, preferably within the communications/IT services sector. It will also require an understanding of the market place an the requirements of our customers.

ISDN Field Account Manager

The Field Account Manager is required to achieve set targets (MRR / Hosted Seats) and to drive net growth & increase product penetration into existing base of customers – this through improved customer experience, effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities and recording all data in Daisy CRM.

The ISDN Field Account Manager role includes, targeting 5-20 user businesses that currently have ISDN services with Daisy and moving these over to our hosted proposition.
