Objectives

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of multiple projects, where the size, complexity and solution may vary.  The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the detailed solution as signed off by Daisy and the customer is executed and managed in line with the delivery plan, quality and budget ensuring all aspects of service are in place and customer billing implemented and initiated, whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.  As a Project Manager it is expected that the role will also act as a point of escalation when necessary as well as providing coaching and mentoring to junior members within the team.

Account Manager (Finance) – DCS

Objectives

Reporting to the Head of Finance Vertical, the primary function of this role is to drive the sales engagement for existing customers in the Finance Sector in the UK. In addition this role is responsible for identifying and winning new customers to Daisy using initiatives to expand Daisy‘s presence within the Finance sector.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate dedication, drive and ambition with an ability to work comfortably in a dynamic environment. The candidate will need to apply themselves to a diverse range of tasks, including developing, leading and executing the sales strategy into the sector and ensuring every element of Daisy proposition is promoted, progressed and optimised.
The candidate must be highly organised and capable of prioritising workload based on the customer’s expectations. It is also important that the candidate demonstrates the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with and present to customers at a high level.

This position will require proven competent sales experience preferably within the communications/IT services sector. It will also require an understanding of the market place and the requirements of our customers.

Commercial Account Manager

 

Availability Services Sales Specialist – DCS

Objectives:

Reporting to the Availability Services Director, the primary function of this role is to drive the Daisy Availability Services (DAS) Primary Solution products along side cloud and hosting services. This will include sales engagement for existing customers across the Daisy Corporate Services (DCS) sales teams. In addition this role is responsible for identifying and winning new customers to Daisy using sales, marketing and vendor initiatives to expand Daisy‘s presence within the Commercial and public sectors. As an Availability Services Specialist, the role is predominately customer facing sales, support the client directors and account managers in new opportunities. As a member of the sales specialist team, there is also the opportunity to contribute to solution enhancement and development as the Daisy Availability and Cloud strategy evolves.

Availability Services Sales Specialist – DCS

Product and Solutions Specialist

Objectives

The main objective is to support Daisy Distribution and Daisy Connect to achieve sales targets. This involves identifying new business opportunities through a combination of upselling and cross-selling to both the existing Distribution Partner base and the Daisy Connect end user customer base.
Responsible for designing solutions encompassing a number of products within the Daisy and network portfolio to aid the achievement of monthly sales targets for new business and recurring revenue.

To be available to attend client meetings with both Daisy Distribution and Direct channels to assist in building customer solutions and delivering pipeline. Responsible for dealing with new product launches, working closely with both the networks, BDM’s and Daisy Distribution / Connect sales. The key objective is for the individual to own the product and proactively drive sales (this is not a reactive sales position where the individual wait for opportunities to come to them)
