Pre-Sales Solution Architect – DCS

Commercial Account Manager – DCS

Objectives –

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Account Management, the primary function of this role is to drive the sales engagement for existing customers in the Commercial Sector in the UK. In addition this role is responsible for identifying and winning new customers to Daisy using initiatives to expand Daisy‘s presence within the Commercial sector.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate dedication, drive and ambition with an ability to work comfortably in a dynamic environment. The candidate will need to apply themselves to a diverse range of tasks, including developing, leading and executing the sales strategy into the sector and ensuring every element of Daisy proposition is promoted, progressed and optimised.

The candidate must be highly organised and capable of prioritising workload based on the customer’s expectations. It is also important that the candidate demonstrates the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with and present to customers at a high level. This position will require proven competent sales experience preferably within the communications/IT services sector. It will also require an understanding of the market place and the requirements of our customers.

Commercial Account Manager – DCS

UC and C Pre-Sales Consultant

Objectives

Daisy Corporate Services is looking for an individual to provide consultative services for UK and European Clients, with specific responsibility for advising clients on Mitel/Unify and Avaya UC solutions whilst marrying the rest of the Daisy technology portfolio to deliver an end to end service that is second to none.

This position is Field based but will require extensive travel to client meetings in the UK and in mainland Europe. The role would suit an experienced Pre-sales consultant or a highly certified field engineer looking to leverage existing skills in our core technology partners in an environment where there will be no shortage of interesting technical and sales challenges. The individual should be able to articulate the benefits of the technologies being deployed partner with our professional services to maximise the return on investment.

Objectives

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of multiple projects, where the size, complexity and solution may vary. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the detailed solution as signed off by Daisy and the customer is executed and managed in line with the delivery plan, quality and budget ensuring all aspects of service are in place and customer billing implemented and initiated, whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Project Manager it is expected that the role will also act as a point of escalation when necessary as well as providing coaching and mentoring to junior members within the team.

Cloud Sales Specialist

Objectives

Reporting to the Solution Development Director, the primary function of this role is to drive the cloud and hosting sales engagement for existing customers across the Daisy Group sales teams in DCS, DPS and SMB. In addition this role is responsible for identifying and winning new customers to Daisy using sales, marketing and vendor initiatives to expand Daisy‘s presence within the commercial and public sector. As a Cloud Specialist, the role is predominately customer facing in support of the client directors and account managers and in the pursuance of new opportunities. As a member of the sales specialist team, there is also the opportunity to contribute to solution enhancement and development as the Daisy Cloud strategy evolves.
