Business Analyst

Objectives

The primary objective is to develop and deliver high quality IT business solutions within a controlled project management framework, applying best practise to Business analysis and vendor management disciplines.

The Business Analyst will be able to demonstrate a well-developed toolkit of Business analysis skills, working knowledge of project management disciplines, and possess the interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Key projects are mainly related to analysis of large business systems and process changes and the production of small, well-defined, deliverables, including artefacts like functional specifications or User Stories and testing documentation.

The Business Analyst will work closely with technical team within Daisy Group in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development.

Onsite Services Engineer

Objectives

Provide hardware and software support, both remotely and deskside on IT products within the required Service Level Agreement (SLA). To meet our customer needs and a diverse working environment, the role calls for a degree of flexibility and an expectation that the core working hours are spent on customer sites. Provide an on-call service for all England Bank Holidays excluding New Year’s Day and Christmas Day and provide a weekly (on rota) out of hours on-call service for Network “Smart Hands” Support. Standard Daisy on-call rates apply.

Product Owner/Business Analyst – DCS

Objectives
The primary objective of the role is to lead and communicate the product vision, ensuring product value is maximised and objectives are aligned to the overall business strategy. Product features should address both current and future customer needs, with creative and imitative product solutions, that can be transformed into commercial propositions.

The product owner should have business analysis background, comfortable capturing requirements, managing stakeholders and a working knowledge of project management disciplines. An active role in generating business analysis artefacts and working with the developments teams, is a critical element to the product owner successfully delivering the product roadmap.
The product owner should be an excellent communicator, able to collaborate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. Actively seeks feedback, gathering and evaluating ideas and opinions, using a positive approach to inspire and enthuse users of the product.
