The System Sales Specialist is an expert advisor in Daisy’s UC & C, product offerings, responsible for selling new business opportunities into existing Daisy accounts and new logo prospects. The target customer size is approx. 20 to 50 users

The role involves technical and sales qualification of opportunities and commercial negotiation with suppliers and customers. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of product and industry knowledge to customers and team members and an ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Objectives –

Be part of the technical team responsible for delivering vendor independent Network Solutions at Cisco Gold Partner Standard.

Provide technical escalation point for all customer network related issues.

Problem investigation and root cause analysis.

Offer technical leadership, define and document best practice.

Security Technical Consultant – DCS

Availability Services Sales Specialist

Objectives –

Reporting to the Availability Services Director, the primary function of this role is to drive the Daisy Availability Services (DAS) Primary Solution products along side cloud and hosting services. This will include sales engagement for existing customers across the Daisy Corporate Services (DCS) sales team. In addition, this role is responsible for identifying and winning new customers to Daisy using sales, marketing and vendor initiatives to expand Daisy’s presence within the Commercial and public sectors. As an Availability Services Specialist, the role is predominantly customer facing sales and supporting the client directors and account managers in new opportunities. As a member of the sales specialist team, there is also the opportunity to contribute to solution enhancement and development as the Daisy Availability and Cloud Strategy evolves.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate dedication, drive and ambition with an ability to work comfortably in a dynamic environment. The candidate will need to apply themselves to a diverse range of tasks, including developing, leading and executing the sales strategy into and across the business and ensuring every element of Daisy proposition is promoted, progressed and optimised.

The candidate must be highly organised and capable of prioritising workload based on the customer’s expectations and demands from the business. It is also important that the candidate demonstrates the necessary communication and interpersonal skills to interact with and present to customers at a high level. This position will require proven competent sales experience with the ICT/BC and/or cloud services sector, but predominantly in Business Continuity or Data Recovery based service and solution delivery. The role will also require a strong understanding of both UK cloud and BC marketplace, and an ability to innovate and meet the changing requirements of our customers.

Availability Services Sales Specialist – DCS

Configuration and Systems Manager

Objectives –

Reporting to the Head of Technical Operations, your track record will demonstrate the inventory management of all IT Assets and Configuration Items (CI’s) required to deliver IT Services ensuring controls are in place for the accessibility of accurate and reliable CI data when required. This information includes details of where assets at located, how those assets have been configured and the relationship between Configuration Items.

The primary role of the Configuration Manager is to be the custodian and guardian of all assets, documentation, CIs registered within the asset and configuration management system and to manage the processes and procedures required to maintain accuracy of the client Asset and Configuration Item Information.

The role will require a flexible and enthusiastic individual who is able to apply all company and departmental policies, procedures and work instructions to their daily tasks and proactively contribute to improving these where possible. This position will require proven technical experience within a relevant industry and a good appreciation of relevant technical standards and procedures. It will also require the ability to build rapport and maintain strong technical relationships with our internal team and customers to help drive and improve our quality of service.

South Field Manager

To lead, coach and motivate a team of Field Account Managers to achieve GP targets, improve customer retention and increase product penetration through effective coaching.

Key KPI – To ensure that all individuals have the skill required to;

  •  Cross sell and upsell to increase product penetration into the managed base of customers
  •  To reduce churn on the managed base through building strong customer relationships
  •  Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities through Daisy Central, and accurately forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues
  •  Ensure all data is recorded accurately in Daisy Central, including account development plans, and Daisy/competitor end dates for all key products and services
