The Credit Control team has responsibility for collecting cash of over £600m across a 60,000 strong customer base.

We are seeking a Credit Administrator to join a well-established and dynamic Credit team.

As a Credit Administrator you will be part of a very successful and motivated team. Your key objectives will be to deliver against cash collection, aged debt reduction and improve external debt collection; whilst maintaining high customer service standards.

The team are responsible for collecting cash of over £500m across a 60,000 strong customer base. Within this the Credit Risk team are responsible for the credit admin responsibilities, including reporting, credit checks and processes, letter cycles and collection against insolvent accounts.

Objectives

The Desk Based Service Manager provides a customer-focused approach to delivering IT services, focusing on providing value to the customer and the customer relationship through the delivery of service excellence. The Service Manager is usually office based although visits to customer or other Daisy locations may be required from time to time. The Service Manager manages a variable number of customers dependant on the level of engagement required and customer expectations across all the Daisy Service Offerings

Objectives

We are seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to develop and execute our online strategy. Owning all online platforms and presence, you will use your skills to improve the user experience for partners connecting to our portals, whilst leveraging digital methods to retain and nurture existing partners and attract new partners. We aim to double our connecting partner numbers in the next three years.

Moving forwards, we will increasingly differentiate our product offerings through the digital experience we ‘tether’ to our offerings. A key part of the role will be to work closely with our team of Product Directors to understand how we can exploit the data we hold on our partners and their customers to develop online tools that can help our partners.

Product and Solutions Specialist

Objectives

The main objective is to support Daisy Distribution and Daisy Connect to achieve sales targets. This involves identifying new business opportunities through a combination of upselling and cross-selling to both the existing Distribution Partner base and the Daisy Connect end user customer base.
Responsible for designing solutions encompassing a number of products within the Daisy and network portfolio to aid the achievement of monthly sales targets for new business and recurring revenue.

To be available to attend client meetings with both Daisy Distribution and Direct channels to assist in building customer solutions and delivering pipeline. Responsible for dealing with new product launches, working closely with both the networks, BDM’s and Daisy Distribution / Connect sales. The key objective is for the individual to own the product and proactively drive sales (this is not a reactive sales position where the individual wait for opportunities to come to them)

The purpose of this commissionable role is to own and manage your own base of customers together with your assigned Field Account Manager (FAM).

You will be the trusted advisor to your customer base, ensuring that you retain your customer at all times and help and assist them in ensuring they are technology and communications ready for the business market. You will own the customer billing number and churn number for your accounts with your FAM.
