Unresolved complaint?

If you haven’t already, you should contact the customer services team that handles your account.

If you’re not satisfied with the solution offered, you can request that the matter is escalated to a member of the management team who will further assess your complaint.

In the unlikely event that the management team are unable to resolve a matter to your satisfaction, we will then further escalate to our Executive Resolutions team.
